Growing a homestead: Is living in the country ever boring? Of course not!

A quiet stroll in the woods, new bunnies, frogs in the house and a kid loose in the woods after dark. What could possibly go wrong?

It really is peaceful but there's so much to do to bring the forest back into a healthy state. Being an early bird I especially love the peace we have here to start off the day.

Trying a new feed for the horses and picked up some beat bird feed at Coker Feed Mill. It's a bit of a trip out there but worth it to have locally milled feed. Fast efficient service. I really like that they had a printed price list right up front.

Deedee finished off the vlog for me by taking the camera on a night time adventure around the property. It turned out to be the highlight of the video.
