The HSTV-L is Broken (For the Moment)

Gaijin gave us a sneak peek at update 1.99 yesterday via livestream. I was really excited to see the HSTV-L in game, as it's my favorite tank of all time, but after the stream I'm more just disappointed. The HSTV's fire rate and gun depression aren't performing like they should. Remember that everything on subject to change until the update is released, but I have a feeling that the HSTV won't be fixed.
