On Prime Time, Ravish Kumar speaks to Dr Mathew Varghese, Orthopedist about the current status of coronavirus infection in the country and if we are prepared for a lockdown relaxation. Do we have accurate estimates of the number of COVID-19 cases from across the country? How valid is the criticism that very less testing is being done to detect and get the actual figures of how many people are infected? Dr Varghese says that the Indian Council Of Medical Research (ICMR) hasn't been doing statistically signifant number of testing across the country to determine how many are passively infected.
