DIY MOTHERS DAY GIFT IDEA | AMAZING gift Idea | DIY personalized coasters|| SEWING TUTORIAL In this tutorial video, I'll show you how to make these really adorable photo coasters for a personalized DIY MOTHERS DAY GIFT. These would make a great gift for any holidays or special occasion. It's a simple sewing project with loads of creative potential.

You can customize these coasters with your choice of fabric, quilting design, photo or by embroidering a special date or message on the back. The odic oat gel used over the top of the printable fabric makes these waterproof. If you'd like the entire coaster to be waterproofed, simply apply the ODICOAT GEL to the fabric pieces of your coaster as well.

This is a great project to use up scraps of fabric or old clothes from a loved one that maybe has passed away. Would make a great keepsake gift for someone you love.

******CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS******

Cut fabric to either 5" x 5" squares or 6" x6" squares. You can actually make these any size you prefer-these are just the two sizes I have done. You'll need (2) pieces of fabric cut to size PER COASTER.

Cut your fusible (or non-fusible) material to the same size pieces as your fabric. (1) piece PER COASTER.

Photos: If you are doing 5" x5" coasters, print photos to 3"x3" size. If you are doing 6" x 6" coasters, print pictures 4"x4" size. After you have made a few, you can play around with size thats best fit for your needs. These are only recommendations.
