This is just a concept customization and will not be in the next game by any means. It would require Criterion to scan plates from various countries and get a license for all the fonts used on those plates. BUT, one thing they could do is a NFS style euro plate, just like how Forza is doing it. Support ｈｖｔｅ. (aka glaceau)
