Some counties have banned all types of outdoor exercise so please check your country/state/city regulations before going out for a run. Currently, in the U.S. solo exercises activity like running & running are permitted during shelter-in-place mandates. If you are running, here are best practices from major health organizations to do it as safely as possible:
1) Do not go out if you are sick
2) Consider running/training indoors (virtual races)
3) Run SOLO & avoid crowded areas (keep 6 ft from other individuals)
4) Cover face with cloth if you will be around others
5) Wash your hands after you go outdoors & avoid touching your face
6) Take it easy and keep it low-moderate intensity
