During the Covid - 19 pandemic, Southsea Sangha moved their community online with the help of our friends at www.sangha.live. This series, "Dharma in Times of Covid" began as a response to the Covid -19 pandemic.

If you wish to support our community, so we can continue to support you and others, please offer dana or donations at www.paypal.me/southseasangha

A series of online, open access community practices where we can practice, learn and question what techniques and practices can help us hold space for the spectrum of reactivity us and others are going through.

The Covid-19 situation calls for community and care taking.

It calls for us to act though love, to accept the messy, fearful and very real uncertainty which is unfolding before us all.

We took the opportunity to give a globally diverse selection of teachers we love and admire the platform and chance to teach to 100's of people each week.

Coming together, in precious assembly online.

Community is a Verb. This is how we practice.

May these offerings be of service to you and all beings everywhere, without exception.

Session Description-
Slowing down can be stressful when times are uncertain.

While we may have more time on our hands, as we practice physical distancing and self-quarantine, our nervous systems may experience a heightening of stress as we experience stagnancy.

Paradoxically, is can also enhance restlessness.

Join Sara for this beautiful session of slow movement and reflections on uncertainty and practices of gentle sensory based movements and rest practice to reset your nervous system.

Join from your yoga mat or from your couch.
