Simple exercises suited for older adults. These are a handful of simple exercises which are designed for everyone but best suited for the older adult/ those less mobile.
Do each move for 30 seconds (or as long as you can)
Make sure you have plenty of space, a sturdy chair/ wall for support and a drink.
