My sons Razor Electric scooter was rarely used whem he 1st got it , he just was not keen on it, but 15 months on he wanted to use it and guess what , it would not work. after some basic investigating, and the simple fact the scooter had not got wet or physically damaged the most likely culprit was the batteries.
I made some more checks and took the chance to buy some new batteries from E-bay and this is the end result. A totally perfect working scooter and a happy son again, one problem is the wife now wants one as well, LOL
