One hand on the wheel, phone in the other hand

with one hand holding her phone, she doesn't have full control of her vehicle. Had she taken the car to the side and made way, both of us could have gone easily and faster.

Pretty sure that car has a bluetooth intergration feature. Why hold the phone in the hand???
