For trackers I'm using actual trackers on my feet now and vive wands on my waist and knees. My feet weren't big enough to have the wands on the top of my feet without it hanging over the ends of my toes, and since I move a lot, that would feel too weird, and I'd bang it too much...so I used knee pads around my knee/calf area and stuffed the wand in there sticking up then calibrated. This type of calibration probably wouldn't work with Camera + since it needs the trackers in a specific place, but worked just fine with LIV.
Couldn't find Steam Controller Dongles, so I bought these.

plus side, they are already ready for steam vr.
Do note, this is mostly made for developers, so it has an exposed card. I used electrical tape and a plastic I had laying around to cover it up so I wouldn't break it with my clumsy ways. There are actual things that can be bought though to go over it. Found some for under $2 from China.
