When this methane manufacturer discovered that their chiller was on the verge of breakdown, they needed a turnkey solution to keep their operations running. After hauling over a 440-ton chiller to the site, the install team went straight to work. First, they had to connect to the existing chiller pipe system. Then they connected the chiller system to the rental unit. Once that was finished, it was time to connect the rental chiller to power. Lastly, they needed to fill the system back up with water.
In order to achieve much lower solution temperatures, the team added glycol to the solution. With the chiller installed and ready, the plant was back in action.
