Making an Inexpensive, Disposable, Cheap Face Mask

Making an Inexpensive, Disposable, Cheap Face Mask All you will need is a paper towel, two safety pins, and two rubber bands! Here's what a registered nurse has to say about wearing a mask: "Masks do not keep you from catching a virus. Only those infected should wear one. But.....if they are actually infected, then they shouldn't be out anyway. Wearing masks all the time is very unhealthy. With a mask, you are rebreathing the CO2 that you expel with normal breathing. It is NOT safe to keep breathing that back in. It will cause you to pass out by rebreathing it. When I would wear a mask while working, it would cause me to be lightheaded and I would have to quickly remove it. We don't just have people catching a virus. We have them passing out now from wearing a mask all the time because of their fear of being around their fellow man. Very sad. 😥"
