0:04 secs- What are the activities to improve the arm strength for a child of 5 years?

He is so active, he knows 200 words and recognizes pictures and flash words, 3 letter words. He connects with pictures but not trying to imitate or use words for communication with words or pictures, no sitting tolerance or compliant in nursery. Any food to calm him down, people say to cut down on milk. We started speech by 2.6 years but he was not cooperating and since6 months we started OT but still not diagnosed.
