1. Check what RAM format your laptop / pc motherboard support. DDR1, or DDR2, DDR3, DDR4. 2. Then purchase new RAM.
3. Power off your laptop \ pc, Open the cover.
4. Remove existing RAM (optional).
5. Insert your RAM laptop \ pc, Close the cover.
6. Start your laptop \ pc system.
