Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat has said the Government may take legislative action to ensure landlords share property tax rebates with tenants. The rebates were introduced during the national Budget in February and aim to help ease the rental burden of businesses hard hit by the economic fallout of COVID-19.
